A software studio that builds its own products.

Zanayt exists to build digital products and the technical infrastructure behind them. Most of the work we take on grows out of problems we solved for ourselves first.

How we started

Zanayt began with a simple observation: the best way to learn software is to ship it. While working on catalogues, API platforms and mapping applications, we kept seeing that described software is worth far less than built software.

So we built our own first. API Deposu grew into a catalogue and marketplace that gathers public API sources in one place. İstanbulaşım puts Istanbul's transport network on a map using live data.

Today we bring the same engineering approach to a small number of client projects. Because we still maintain our own products, we know how the code we deliver behaves a year after launch.

Mert Murat

Software developer. He works on API platforms, geospatial data systems and AI integration, and leads design and development across Zanayt's products.

We started in Türkiye and work with teams in different countries. Meetings are held remotely.

The product is the evidence

We show working software instead of references. Every capability we describe sits behind a system we built.

Scope is written down

We do not work from verbal agreements. What we will do, what we will not do and which assumptions we are making all get written down.

Built to be maintained

Code is written so the next team can read it. Types, documentation and tests are part of the delivery, not an extra.

Few projects at a time

We keep the number of active projects small. That is what lets us give each one real engineering time.
